After riding down on rival Lil Reese, Chicago's young rapper Jo Jo was shot down on the mean streets of Chicago. Before his death Jo Jo was doing a lot of filming as worldstarhiphop.com  drops a documentary a day in life of Jo Jo. He was known through Chicago for his diss song about Lil Durk and Lil Reese.

The three all went to the same high school and knew with one another. The diss song was released in May of 2012. The song was a popular song among the streets Chicago, but Lil Jo Jo took it to far as he suppose to have chased Reese and Durk down a busy street in Chicago which he caught on film. Jo Jo film his last diss video as he drove pass Lil Reese and taunted him and on the video you can hear someone who is believe to be Lil Reese saying "Im Gone Kill You".

Sadly hours later Jo Jo was shot and killed on the streets of Chicago. This murder now sits as one of the worse murders related to the music industry as this murder was between an upcoming artist and an artist who is well known.

Producer Smylez in the red shirt who porduce for Jo Jo says he wanted to draw attention with the beef but never attended for it to turn violent. He says his friend didnt think who would get killed by the beef.

R.I.P: Chris Lighty Dead At 43 Due To Possible Suicide

"Chris Lighty, founder of Violator Entertainment and manager to music heavyweights such as Mariah Carey and LL Cool J, has died at the age of 44. Police responded to a call at 670 West 232nd Street in the Bronx, New York, at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Thursday (August 30). Officers discovered Lighty with a gunshot wound to the head and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities recovered a black semi-automatic pistol at the scene and tell MTV News that Lighty's wound appear to be self-inflicted. Lighty got his start in the 1980s, building his reputation from the ground up. He emerged from the Native Tongues camp and went on to start Violator, which has helped to launch the careers of stars such as Missy Elliott, Q-Tip, Busta Rhymes, Nas, LL Cool J and more. According to the New York Daily News, Lighty had been dealing with some personal issues that included a divorce from his wife last year and an IRS debt that totaled around $5 million.'" - MTV NEWS

GBE Gino Marley Interview

Gino Marley of GBE gave talk of the city an interview right on Front Street. This was not your normal interview, he showed me how life on the block is. There was over 20 people standing outside as we pull up. I got a chance to meet some of the older guys of Front Street. During my time on the block we had a run in with the police, I began to walk off as Front Street had words to say to the police, we left and ended up right back at the same spot. The famous Dj Kenn was there  him and Gino was shooting small scenes for his video Paper Chase produce by Dj Kenn and Dee Money. Dj Kenn was no stranger to this hood as he rolled up the thoinks and talked to everyone as if he been there all his life. The front Street crew showed me mad love. After cooling with the youngn's Gino took me to a dip and gave me an interview about what he got going on
